To the cost of all transfer to and from airport / hotel / airport in a private deluxe a/c vehicle accompanied by representative from Sacred Summits Pvt Ltd.
• Welcome dinner and Farewell Dinner with transfer in a private deluxe a/c vehicle accompanied by representative from Sacred Summits Pvt Ltd.
• Cost for the hire of Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 CC motorcycle.
• Cost for the fuel for the bike.
• Services of an experienced Road Captain on a bike including the cost for their meals, accommodations and daily allowances. (above 10 pax, 01 Sweep Rider will be used)
• Service of Back up support of a trained Mechanic, including the cost for their meals, accommodations and daily allowances. (above 10 pax, 02 Mechanic will be used)
• Service of an experienced Trekking Guide on a backup vehicle including the cost for their meals, accommodations and daily allowances. (His Service is required for the Permit Processing for Restricted Area)
• Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) USD 60.00 Per Person (Subject to change without prior notice) (Permit for Manang and Mustang)
• Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) USD 20.00 Per Person (Subject to change without prior notice)
• Restricted Area Upper Mustang Special Permit Fee USD 50.00 Per day Per Person (Subject to change without prior notice)
• 01 Back up jeep from Kathmandu/ Begnas / Pokhara / Tatopani / Muktinath / LO-manthang / Samar / Kalopani / Pokhara / Jagat/ Manang/ bandipur / Nuwakot / Kathmandu accompanied by the mechanic and the spare parts of the bikes.
• 02 Nights’ accommodation on twin sharing basis at Hotel Royal Shingi in Kathmandu on bed and breakfast basis. Inclusive of all the government taxes.
• ACCOMODATION ON TWIN SHARING BASIS WITH BREAKFAST & DINNER: 01 Night at Begnas Lake Resort in Begnas, 01 Night in See You Lodge in Kalopani, 02 Nights in Hotel Tashi Delek Guest House in Lomanthang, 01 Night in Hotel Grand Shambala in Muktinath, 02 Nights in Lake View Resort In Pokhara, 01 Night at Mandala Guest House in Jagat, 01 Night at Hotel Yeti in Manang and 01 Night at Old Inn in Bandipur.

• Insurance for or against accidents, loss of life, theft etc.
• Personal insurance, evacuation and medical expenses.
• Costs incurred due to natural calamities, strikes, and break downs of bikes, accidents, cancellation of flights, altitude sickness or unforeseen circumstances (riots, natural calamities etc) and situations beyond the control of Moto Himalaya Tours and Travel (P) Ltd.
